I've skipped a lot of potential posts recently to make sure this one would be possible for today. I'm very excited to announce that Geode (the typeface I first revealed when I opened Dadapixel) is officially, finally available to the public, thanks to You Work For Them.
Of course, this isn't the end of the journey for Geode. The great thing about digital type distribution is that fonts can be updated. In the future I can add expanded character sets, revisions, fixes, or anything else necessary to provide the best version of Geode possible to those who buy it.
And while You Work For Them is just a starting point, it's a great place for independent type designers to get their products to people who want them. I still plan on pestering more outlets with my designs in an effort to get them in front of more eyes and designers, but having Geode accepted to YWFT is really exciting, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
By the way, it's on sale for today at 20% off!
